Where do I find accessories for a particular unit
All our BRP Accessories Catalogues are available on our Google Drive, simply select and download the catalogue required and look through the various items available.
We have made it also easy with direct links from the main menu hover your mouse pointer over Catalogue
Where can I get instructions to install a certain part?
For easy access, you will also find a link on the main menu if you hover your mouse pointer over Knowledge Center - Select Intallation Instructions
Enter the part number of the part that you require installation instructions for and follow the online instructions to download the required file.
The part number I entered is not displaying on the Price and Availability list?
There are numerous reasons why it may not be displayed -
What happens to my order after submitting it?
After your order has been submitted, we will receive notification of your order and start processing it.
Items that we don't have in stock will be placed on backorder and items that are available will be invoiced out to you. You will receive an e-mail notification once it has been processed and you will be able to see what has been invoiced and what went on to backorder. You will also be able to view this information in the View Order page.
COD Clients will receive a Sales Order to make payment - only once payment has been received, will the order be placed on backorder. While awaiting payment your order will stay in processing - after a week of non payment the order will be deleted.
I need to change something on an order that has been submitted, what do I do?

How can I view my invoice when View Orders shows it as complete?
Unfortunately we do not have the facility to view invoices, you will need to look at your records for the original or request a copy from either our accounts department or sales team.
My backorder ETA have changed to a later date, why?
The estimated time of arrival can change due to courier services delay, customs inspections and/or factory backorder. In the case of factory backorder the manufacturing can also be delayed for numerous reasons. We will keep you up to date with the latest ETA available from the factory.
View Orders is not showing my order
Make sure you have checked all the catagories, if you still don't find your order, drop us an e-mail.
The tracking system shows no record found for an Invoice that was send with DCS
If it doesn't show on the DCS tracking site, you may have more than one invoice that needs to be sent. Check in View Orders and select Completed Orders - search by FC Brands Reference Number and enter the invoice number there. When the results are displayed look in the comment section - if there were more than one invoice you'll be able to view the invoice number under which it was send through DCS. You can then track that number for delivery details.
