There are two options to find the correct accessories for a unit. You may use the online BRP Parts, Accessories and Clothing site http://www.brppac.com/ or the PDF catalogues available on this site by selecting Catalgoues from the main menu. All our BRP Accessories Catalogues are available on our Google Drive, simply select and download the catalogue required and look through the various items available. We have made it also easy with direct links from the main menu hover your mouse pointer over Catalogue.
For easy access, you will also find a link on the main menu if you hover your mouse pointer over Knowledge Center - Select Intallation Instructions
Enter the part number of the part that you require installation instructions for and follow the online instructions to download the required file.
After your order has been submitted, we will receive notification of your order and start processing it.
You will be able to view your order on the Home Screen until it has been invoiced. Items that goes on backorder will remain on the Home Screen as Outstanding Orders displaying ETA, until it has been invoiced out to you for delivery. If you have placed an order and do not see it on the Home Screen, go to View Orders and selected completed orders.
COD Clients will receive a Sales Order to make payment - only once payment has been received, will the order be placed on backorder. While awaiting payment your order will stay in processing - after a week of non payment the order will be deleted.
You can cancel items or change quantities of your order by requesting cancellation on the Return/Cancel Page, or cancel complete order and re-submit correct order.
Unfortunately we do not have the facility to view invoices, you will need to look at your records for the original or request a copy from either our accounts department or sales team.
The estimated time of arrival can change due to courier services delay, customs inspections and/or factory backorder. In the case of factory backorder the manufacturing can also be delayed for numerous reasons. We will keep you up to date with the latest ETA available from the factory.
If searching via part number check your part number for supersessions, else e-mail FC Brands to assist.
If it doesn't show on the DCS tracking site, you may have more than one invoice that needs to be sent. Check in View Orders and select Completed Orders - search by Invoice Number and enter the invoice number there. When the results are displayed look in the comment section - if there were more than one invoice you'll be able to view the invoice number under which it was send through DCS. You can then track that number for delivery details.

Select "Documents & Articles".
Search "Shop Manual"
As show in the image below, you will find part numbers for the manuals to order a hardcopy, or you can download sections of a manual as required.
