Price and availability is made obtainable on the FC Brands Dealer Site accessible from either the FC Brands main website ( or BRP SA website ( by selecting dealer login, and is updated daily.  FC Brands has also a mobile version available, which can be accessed by visiting  If you download FC Brands’ excel format “BRP Parts Availability and Prices” ensure that you have the latest version by inspecting the date on the Price and Availability Tab.  FC Brands reserves the right to amend pricing without notification.


FC Brands will only supply OEM packaged quantities.  This will affect mostly spark plugs, bolts, nuts and washers, gaskets, o-rings, lubricants and other small or fast-moving items.  Please be aware of these minimum quantities which is displayed on the Price and Availability segment on the FC Brands Dealer Site and in the description of the goods.  If you wish to purchase less than the minimum wholesale quantity, you could purchase through another Authorized Dealer that may have that item in stock and be prepared to break up the packed quantities.


Some Can-Am and Sea-Doo parts supersede to multiple parts or component parts.  These are indicated with the letters “MS”.  On the FC Brands Dealer Site when entering such a part number, a list of the component parts will be displayed including quantities required for the component.  In the case you enter this part number on the Order Form it will add all the component parts to your order.  If you need any further assistance with multiple supersessions contact your Parts Executive. 


Some older parts have been discontinued by the BRP factory, however surplus stock is still available through Vintage Parts in United States.  These items are indicated with the letters “VP”.  Due to FC Brands not doing regular orders from Vintage Part, these orders are considered “Special Back Order” and additional import freight charges will apply.  Contact your Parts Executive for quotation.



  1. All orders must be submitted through the FC Brands Dealer Site. (During implementation we will accept e-mail orders – strictly with part numbers included – to be sent to
  2. No telephone orders will be accepted
  3. Orders without BRP part numbers cannot be processed at dealer margin and will be processed at recommended retail price. 
  4. Stock Items: Regular orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of order being submitte 
  5. Emergency / SOS orders is limited to 5 line items and will be dispatch on the same day if order is received before 14H00 (Overnight freight charges will apply) – Please also see Section 8 – Deliveries and Collections)
  6. Special Back Orders / Large item airfreight orders may be placed, see Section 6h and 6I respectively.

Orders submitted which FC Brands do not have stock of will automatically go on to backorder.  Backorders are placed with the factory every Tuesday, unless specified otherwise on the Dealer Site and communicated via e-mail to the Dealer Network.  These orders are received within 10 work days, with exception of Vintage Parts, Special Back Orders and/or Large items (also note delays beyond our control may affect estimated delivery times).  Estimated Arrival date to FC Brands Headquarters in Johannesburg is displayed on the backorder list, accessible on the FC Brands Dealer Site. 


  1. Accounts in arrears need to be paid up before a backorder will be placed.
  2. COD dealers are required to pay a minimum of 75% of the order value to place a backorder. 
  3. Certain products may require a 75% deposit before backorder is placed.
  4. FC Brands reserves the right to request deposit or full payment for any backorder. 
  5. Backorder cannot be returned for credit, unless it is a FC Brands stock item. Please also see Section 11 – Returns. 
  6. Backorders will automatically be dispatch upon arrival, unless specified otherwise upon ordering.
  7. COD dealers are required to make further payment before items are dispatched and cannot be cancelled or payment refuted.
  8. Special Back Orders / Emergency back orders can be placed at any time, these orders will be placed with the factory immediately and shipped separately.  Import freight costs will be for your account – Contact your FC Brands Parts Executive for quotation.
  9. Large items (70cm in any direction) will be shipped via Ocean Freight (which takes approximately 8-10 weeks), special Airfreight requests are available, which will incur a 30% freight surcharge.  Contact your Parts Executive for quotation.

To cancel an order a request must be submitted on the FC Brands Dealer Site.  FC Brands will e-mail the dealer with the outcome of the request to cancel the order.  Please note that any order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled, this includes backorders shipped from BRP.  Backorders which are ordered from the factory may have significantly long waiting periods and can be cancelled up to 3 weeks before estimated arrival date at FC Brands.

FC Brands dispatch orders automatically using Designated Courier Services (DCS) road freight service, unless otherwise specified when order is placed. 

  1. Any order below the value of R 1,000.00 a freight charge of R114.00 incl VAT will be charged. 
  2. Large items (70cm in any direction) freight charges will also apply pending the chargeable weight.
  3. Emergency / SOS orders will be send overnight and will incur extra freight charges. 
  4. Deliveries can be tracked on the FC Brands Dealer Site, or contact DCS directly on or 011 552 8288. 
  5. Collections can be arranged by making an appointment with the warehouse prior to collection.  Please contact Sipho on or 011 462 4390.

In the event that you received your order from DCS and the packaging looks damaged and/or the parts are damaged, please note it on the waybill and forward a copy of the waybill and photograph of the damaged items to your Part Executive, in order for FC Brands to claim and supply you with undamaged product.


Approved BRP Parts Dealers’ payment terms are as agreed in their Dealer Agreement. 
COD clients are required to make payment before parts are dispatch.
Take note of upfront payment requirements under section 6 – Placing Backorders.


Any return to FC Brands must be entered on the FC Brands Dealer Site with proper explanation why you request to return an item. 

  1. FC Brands may refuse delivery if an approval number has not been obtained. 
  2. Any item returned must be clearly marked with the approval number, and send to

  3. If a dealer wishes to return stock items, this shall attract a 15% handling fee plus the delivery charges (and if FC Brands need to arrange collection, these charges will also be charged). 
  4. The following items cannot be returned for credit: 

  5. Any return request other than warranty must be addressed no later than 7 days after receiving the parts otherwise FC Brands may refuse the return request.


In order to support our BRP customers, authorized BRP dealers are required to follow all BRP warranty policies and use only genuine BRP parts when carry out repairs on any BRP unit or supply OEM parts over the counter, failure to do so may result in your authorized BRP dealership status to be revoked.
